Inhale, absorb, unfold

How to use stone elixirs

With our elixirs, you're invited to align with specific sets of vibrations, and drink them in through your senses. So whether you mist into your field or under the tongue, there’s no rigid rule. Part of the practice is feeling into how your system wants to engage.

But as a simple guide:

If the shift you're working on feels deep and internal, allow the elixir to go deep, and welcome it through the bloodstream. Taking it repeatedly becomes a practice in shifting your field. Other times, it’s external or atmospheric, needing a lighter touch through the skin, the air, the senses.

A simple guide:

If the turbulence feels personal, sip. If the turbulence is around you, mist.

Over time, you’ll start to feel which approach your body is asking for.

When to Work Internally (Sublingual)

When to Work Externally (Somatic)

When you feel depleted, fatigued, wired, or heavy in your core systems.

When you need to soothe, awaken, or reset physical tension quickly.

When emotions feel stuck inside, looping internally (like anxiety, grief, resentment).

When emotions feel heavy around you — like picking up others’ moods or lingering atmospheres.

When inner narratives feel jammed, repetitive, or self-defeating.

When outside influences (news, conversations, environments) cloud your clarity.

When you’re struggling to align your personal will and presence from the inside out.

When you want to refresh, clear, or fortify your energetic “bubble” against external influences.

When you feel disconnected from your inner compass or larger flow.

When you want to open your sensory field gently for ritual, dreaming, or creative work.
